Project Objectives

LNC required a complete company branding including creation of the company logo, stationary, business cards, trade show banner and website. The digital brand identity for the e-commerce web site will be created as an Internet service first and foremost, and thus it will be introduced online to its customers. The LNC brand will be carried through all the identity materials and will reflect their business objectives with the development of effective graphics through the application of design theories and principles according to the companies business objectives.
 

The Vision

The approach to the Interactive Brand and Creative Design is to reflect the LNC goals for B2B and B2C commerce. The company maintains strong customer relationships and is committed to maintaining those relationships with dedication through the quality services it provides through its digital brand.

The cornerstone to a successful website is its Information Architecture. The users’ experience is the focus because a well designed and organized site solves its users’ problems and answers its users’ questions. The final solution depends upon the design and development of effective navigation, information and graphics through sound design principles, strategic planning and execution of the business requirements and objectives. Design is about communication and creating a compelling user experience with usable, functional and clear information that meets both your business requirements and your users’ expectations.
 

My Role

I worked directly with the client to discuss their business goals and marketing needs to document the information and content needed to design and develop the LNC website and complete company identity. I was the Creative Lead and Information Architect during the lifespan of the project. I was responsible for designing and implementing the front-end user interface and functional design for the website. I also designed all printed collateral and ensured the company brand was applied in a consistent manner. I prepared all print documents for final production and printing processes. All client requirements were met within the timeline and budget.
 

Responsibility Overview

Creation of Company Branding, Logo, Stationary and Trade Show Banner.

Creation of all graphics for the website including the following:

  • Overall website information flow & structure
  • Design the creative vision into graphical screen designs and all graphical interface elements

Manage the design and development of all graphics for the website and branding solutions to ensure consistency throughout all collateral.

Ensure budgets, deadlines, etc. are complete, accurate and follow the project plan and objectives.

Facilitate creative reviews for client approval.

Demonstrate proven success with integrating offline & online e-commerce digital campaigns.
