They provide specialized consulting services with a high degree of integrity and are experts in enterprise content management and innovation. Data Fusion Specialists (DFS) required a professional branding, identity and website to represent the company. The design of the company logo, Identity System and tag line reflects their knowledge in specialized Technology Staff Augmentation for IT companies and is carried throughout the branding and design collateral.

The Vision

The goal was to ensure the DFS Identity and Brand has a strong, positive meaning for their clients and represents Data Fusion Specialists extensive knowledge in specialized consulting services. The DFS team has decades of experience in IT project management, architecture, design, implementation, testing and support across multiple technologies. Our challenge was to design and develop a fluid website that could communicate their depth of expertise and ability to understand your needs to provide the services that meet your particular requirements.

After our initial requirements gathering session with the client we were clear on the direction for the new Data Fusion Specialists brand and online experience. The website needed to be professional and designed with the corporate and IT culture in mind. We used a strong color palette combined with a sharp and crisp design, utilizing a lite background for the content to stand out clearly to the users. With the use of customs designed imagery for the homepage and throughout the website we clearly communicated the DFS services, capabilities and business goals.


The whole point of brand identity is to create a memorable and unique image for the business that customers can use to identify them in a crowd. The idea behind the Data Fusion Specialists brand was to create a positive message and image for the consumer that connects product recognition with their unique services and solutions. They provide a high degree of integrity and support for IT companies projects and resources. So we created a brand that incorporates visual elements such as color, form, and shape, which encapsulate and conveys the symbolic meanings of data fusion. Putting together many parts to create a specialized logo mark and brand that communicates the DFS business philosophy, staff augmentation with integrity.



My Role

I worked directly with the client to gather information, brainstorm ideas and understand the overall objectives and business needs. I utilized this information in the creation of the brand, company tag line and website to reinforce the specialized services DFS has to offer. The brand is carried throughout the logo and identity system with the use of color and style, based on the principles of design. The final solution depends upon the design and development of effective identity system to reflect the company through sound design principles, strategic planning and execution of the business requirements and objectives. My understanding of the client’s requirements and ability to apply them to the DFS branding resulted in a satisfied client.
